Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the Role: We are a US-based stealth startup (6 months old, revenue-generating) building a real-time AI platform for sales coaching.

We are looking for our first AI Engineers for our Herzliya site.

It's a Builder-first role for engineers who love shipping production-grade AI systems under strict latency constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build LLM-based agents and real-time workflows.

• Develop multi-step AI systems (Advanced Prompting, RAG, Orchestration).

• Optimize and deploy LLMs in production environments.

• Build evaluation frameworks (Evals) to ensure high-quality AI output.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience (Production systems).

• Proven track record of shipping LLM-based products.

• Strong Backend skills and experience with LLM Orchestration.

• A "Zero-to-One" mindset – thriving in fast-paced environments.
