Privacy and Technology Lawyer

The Data Privacy, Cybersecurity & IT practice at EBN – Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano is looking to add an associate to the team.

The practice sits at the forefront of privacy law in Israel, advising leading Israeli and international clients on some of the most complex and current issues in privacy, AI, and IT.

The role includes legal work across:

• Data protection and privacy matters – privacy agreements, risk assessments, legal opinions

• Due diligence support in M&A and investment transactions

• Regulatory and compliance matters, including enforcement proceedings and litigation support

• Commercial agreements and technology commercialization

Qualifications

• Licensed lawyer with a strong academic background from a recognized law faculty

• 2-5 years' experience at a leading law firm or in-house legal department of a large company

• Strong working proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Experience negotiating and drafting agreements

• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills, with attention to detail and sound judgment

• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, work collaboratively in a team, and maintain a client-focused approach

• Ability to work with international clients and cross-border matters

Advantage:

• Prior experience in privacy law and GDPR

• Regulatory/compliance orientation

• Familiarity with technology transactions, cybersecurity
