GENECIT is hiring an experienced Systems Engineer to join a significant technology project at a leading defense company in the Modi'in area.

Job Description

• Development of software- and hardware-intensive UAV systems, from solution definition through system requirements, design requirements, integration, testing, and delivery to the customer.

• Leading complex integrations involving the integration of products, payloads, and more.

• Defining requirements for the various system components and writing specification and design documents.

• Leading development and integration activities with various engineering groups, including airborne software, C2 software, simulators, software testers, electronics, and more.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Software Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.

• Master's degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer working on a multidisciplinary system with extensive software and hardware.

• Experience in engineering development (electrical design / payload / flight control), including familiarity with tools such as Python / MATLAB and communication protocols.

• Experience in aviation / autonomous vehicles – an advantage.

• Military background in UAV organizations or units (operations / technical / engineering) – an advantage.

• High-level English proficiency.
