Android Tech Lead

COMBLACK is hiring an Android Tech Lead!

We’re looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead to take ownership of mobile architecture, lead Android and iOS teams, and drive end-to-end development of advanced mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technological and architectural direction of mobile applications

• Manage Android and iOS development teams

• Drive end-to-end development processes

• Work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization

• Improve performance, code quality, scalability, and development standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin / Java

• Hands-on experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, ViewModel, and LiveData

• Experience working with REST / GraphQL APIs

• Strong knowledge of MVVM / Clean Architecture / MVP

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions

• Strong understanding of performance optimization and memory management

• Experience leading cross-platform projects

• Ability to design complex mobile architectures

• 2+ years of team management experience

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Advantages:

Experience with Cloud environments, automated testing, Retrofit, Dagger / Hilt, RxJava, Firebase, or Room.
