SAP Team Lead

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead to join our technology unit. This is a combined leadership and hands-on position, managing a team of implementers and leading end-to-end core system upgrades.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on SAP Background: Mandatory experience as a hands-on SAP Implementer (Customizing/SPRO) who progressed into team leadership.

• Module Expertise: Strong advantage for SAP MM/SRM or HR modules. Open to exceptional hands-on implementers from other modules (FI/CO, PM, etc.) with deep SAP ERP architecture knowledge.

• Leadership & Delivery: Proven experience leading implementers, driving complex projects, and managing full lifecycle upgrades.

• Communication & Authority: Strong technical authority capable of leading cross-functional discussions with business stakeholders.
