SeeTrue is an exciting Artificial Intelligence startup in the heart of Tel Aviv (a short walk away from Azrieli train station). SeeTrue is leveraging Machine Learning and Computer Vision to bring AI to optimize passenger journeys, making security screening accurate, fast, and labor-free.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation and configuration of our systems at customer sites worldwide. This position is ideal for a "hands-on" professional who enjoys a mix of complex software environments and physical infrastructure work. The position includes significant on-site work and frequent travel to engage with clients across the country and abroad

Responsibilities

• On-site Installation: Lead physical deployment, including racking, cabling, and connecting power/networking infrastructures at client sites.

• System Configuration: Install and configure Ubuntu/Linux-based environments and ensure seamless integration with the client’s network.

• Tier 2 Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support to international customers both during the installation phase and as part of ongoing post-installation support.

• Networking: Troubleshoot and optimize network connectivity (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls) to ensure system stability.

• Documentation: Maintain technical deployment guides and site-visit reports.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in technical support or field engineering, working with international customers

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Ubuntu / Linux distributions (CLI proficiency is a must).

• Hands-on Capability: Physically capable and highly motivated to perform manual infrastructure work (wiring, power, mechanical assembly).

• Availability: The position includes on-site work and frequent travel (30%)

• Languages: * English: Full professional proficiency (written and verbal) – Mandatory.
