Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Field IT Technician for a leading automotive company in the Shfela area

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Manage users and permissions

Set up workstations and handle endpoint equipment

Travel to company branches across the country

Work with PC, Outlook, Exchange, Active Directory, and network protocols

Work in a dynamic and advanced technology environment with various systems and infrastructures

Requirements

Experience troubleshooting hardware and operating systems

Knowledge of printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment

Experience with Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory

Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
