Final Test Department Manager 📍 Nesher,(HAIFA) Israel

Tabor Electronics is looking for an experienced and hands-on technical leader to manage our Final Test Department. Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Final Test team, including planning, prioritization, and delivery commitments

• Oversee final testing of electronic systems and circuit boards

• Drive troubleshooting and component-level repair activities

• Develop and improve test programs and automation solutions

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, testing procedures, and customer requirements

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, R&D, and Quality teams Requirements ✔ 10+ years of hands-on experience in electronics, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic

systems and boards

✔ 5+ years of management experience in the electronics industry

✔ B.Sc. or Practical Engineering degree in Electronics-

✔ Strong knowledge of analog, digital, and RF systems

✔ Experience with automated test solutions and test equipment

✔ Proven troubleshooting capabilities down to component level

✔ Knowledge of Python, C++, OrCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems

✔ Fluent Hebrew and English Advantage ⭐ Laboratory management experience
