Final Test Engineer

Role Description-

• Serving as the Final Testing & System Integration (בד"ס) Department Manager, providing comprehensive managerial and technical leadership to a team of practical engineers and electronic technicians.

• Taking full ownership over the end-to-end final testing ecosystem, system-level quality verification, component-level troubleshooting, and board-level electronic repair workflows.

• Driving test engineering modernization: designing advanced test plans, architecting and implementing automated test systems (ATE), and optimizing testing cycles for new and sustaining products.

• Acting as the top technical authority for root-cause failure analysis, complex board/system debugging, test equipment (צב"ד) calibration, and technical engineering documentation.

• Collaborating cross-functionally across R&D, Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Operations to meet rigorous delivery schedules and strict quality standards.

• Managing departmental work plans, resource allocation, technical reviews (hardware/software ECOs), and operational workflows within the company's ERP system (Priority).

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or certified Practical Electronics Engineer– Mandatory

• Extensive hands-on industry experience in Electronic Testing

• Proven managerial track record leading technical teams of engineers and technicians (5+ years) – Mandatory

• Deep, multidisciplinary technical expertise spanning Hardware Engineering, RF systems, and Digital & Analog electronics – Mandatory

• Expert-level proficiency in Component-Level Debugging, Failure Analysis, and interpreting complex electronic schematics / drawings – Mandatory

• Mastery in operating and configuring dedicated laboratory test equipment (צב"ד: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers, Power Meters) – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience developing Automated Test Procedures (ATE) and scripts using Python or C++ – Mandatory

• Proficiency with electronic design and schematic capture tools (e.g., OrCAD) – Mandatory

• Practical experience working with enterprise ERP systems, specifically Priority – Mandator
