The Team  Samsung Semiconductor Israel R&D Center (SIRC) Finance Team is a vital partner to SIRC R&D, providing comprehensive financial support for innovation. This dedicated team is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal control, operations and purchasing related to R&D activities. We work with our local and global management to ensure effective cost management, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Our team provides critical financial insights that enable informed decision-making and drive successful innovation. We are a collaborative and fast-paced team committed to supporting the growth of SIRC capabilities. What will you do? · Financial and operational hands-on orientation and skills · Dealing with some of the Finance team and some of the financial, tax and banking aspects · Active role in internal controls, compliance and ESG tasks · Active role in legal, payroll and purchasing · Leading operational processes including negotiations · Support SIRC monthly financial process · Close partner of the People, IT and security teams · AI and system improvement adoption

Requirements: · Certified CPA from BIG4 firm · At least 3 years of work experience in a multinational subsidiary preferably in the High-tech industry · Hands-on and managerial skills expertise · Experience in operations and negotiations management · University graduate or leading college graduate · High level English Advantages: · MBA · Knowledge in IFRS and ERP · Experience in AI adoption · Some understanding of IT and Security concepts
