Financial Analyst

We are seeking a driven, hands-on Financial Operations Analyst to guide customers through their cloud journey.

In this role, you will oversee cloud cost management, account management, and customer success, with a strong focus on cost control and optimization processes. We actively integrate AI tools into our daily workflow and seek team members who use them responsibly and creatively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive cost management and cost optimization strategies to customers

• Manage cloud operations, including the technical, operational, and financial onboarding of new customers

• Perform detailed financial analyses and support budgeting, planning, and internal customer requests

• Oversee the customer invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

• Proactively identify cost spikes, anomalies, and optimization opportunities

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to uncover cost savings and generate customer-facing recommendations and reports

• Present actionable insights and financial findings directly to customers

• Strong analytical mindset with a high capacity for self-learning

• AI-native approach—consistently incorporating AI tools into daily operations

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions

• Outstanding interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical settings

• Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and keen attention to detail

• Collaborative team player with a can-do attitude, capable of working independently across teams

Technical background is an advantage.
