Financial Operations Manager

For one of our clients, a company operating in the financial services and credit sector, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the company’s ongoing operational activity.

This is a central, hands-on role designed to ensure that business operations are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule—enabling senior management to focus on the company’s continued growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the company’s day-to-day operational activity.

• Translate senior management decisions into clear operational plans and ensure effective execution.

• Lead the implementation of credit transactions approved by the Credit Committee, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders through to the actual disbursement of funds.

• Manage, coordinate, and drive the work of company employees.

• Monitor deliverables and ensure that tasks, targets, and deadlines are met.

• Identify operational bottlenecks, remove barriers, and provide practical solutions in real time.

• Maintain ongoing visibility over operational progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Ensure consistent follow-through from decision-making through to full completion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a credit company, bank, or other financial institution—required.

• In-depth understanding of credit approval, execution, and management processes—required.

• Proven ability to manage employees and drive cross-functional teams.

• Strong execution and project ownership capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.

• Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to move processes forward across multiple interfaces.

• High level of assertiveness, accountability, and attention to detail.
