Flight Operations Coordinator

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Its solutions combine hardware, software, and AI-driven technologies to support complex, large-scale operations. Airobotics works primarily with defense industries, such as military and law enforcement agencies worldwide. The company is part of Ondas Holdings and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary. We are looking for a highly organized and execution-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to coordinate flight and field activities, resources, schedules, and operational readiness in a dynamic R&D environment.

Requirements: • 3-4 years of experience in operations coordination. • Experience in UAV, aviation, defense, robotics, or another technical operational environment. • Proven experience coordinating schedules, people, resources, and multiple parallel activities. • Strong ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and real-time constraints. • High level of ownership, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills. • Experience with planning and task-management tools such as Monday, Jira, or similar systems. • Good Excel skills and willingness to support field activities when required. • Experience supporting flight tests, field trials, demonstrations, or technical development activities. • Experience building operational processes, work routines, or resource-planning methods.
