Flight Test Engineer

Airobotics is a leading company specializing in the development and manufacturing of autonomous drone systems. Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in planning, managing, or executing flight tests for complex systems. • Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS/UAV) – significant advantage. • Experience in developing test plans, defining test methodologies, and analyzing test results. • Experience writing technical reports and documenting engineering findings. • Familiarity with product development, system integration, and Verification & Validation (V&V) processes – advantage. • Strong planning and end-to-end project execution capabilities. • Ability to make decisions under pressure in a dynamic operational environment. • Willingness to travel and work in the field as required. • Fluent Hebrew and strong technical English skills. • B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline – advantage.
