You've built other people's companies for years. This one would be yours.

NeedTech Labs is looking for one operator — a CEO or a CTO — to take a venture we've already researched, structured, and packaged, and build it into a real company as a co-founder.

Not an idea on a napkin. Not a consulting gig. A founding seat.

What is a Startup-in-a-Box™ (SIB)?

Most startups die in the first six months for the same reason: the founders spend that time figuring out what to build, who pays for it, and why anyone would switch. We call that the iteration tax.

A Startup-in-a-Box™ is our answer to it. It's a complete, investor-grade venture package built around a problem that already exists and already hurts:

• The problem and who has it — sourced from real, documented market pain, not brainstorming

• The solution architecture — product definition, core feature set, technical approach

• Market and competitive analysis — sizing, incumbents, positioning, prior-art review

• Business model — pricing logic, revenue mechanics, unit economics

• Go-to-market plan — first customer segment, channel, message, and sequence

• Risk map — what kills this venture and what has to be true for it to work

Every SIB is scored against InnovaRate™, our internal evaluation framework, before it ever leaves the lab. Only a handful survive. We'd be picking up one of those, together.

Think of it as skipping straight to month thirteen and avoiding most of the uncertainty.

What you'll own:

You come in as a co-founder with real equity — not an employee, not a contractor, not an advisor.

• Equity-based partnership. Significant, negotiated, and vested. This is your company, your asset.

• The SIB itself — the full venture package, transferred to the venture you build.

• Ongoing support from NeedTech Labs — strategy, go-to-market, positioning, and direct mentorship from our team. We stay in the room; you run the company.

Who this is for:

• CEO track: 7+ years building or running businesses. You can sell, raise, and recruit. You've carried a number and hit it.

• CTO track: 7+ years shipping production software. You can architect and build the first version yourself or with a very small team.

• You've done startup life before — early stage, thin resources, high ambiguity — and you want back in.

• You are based in Israel and can commit serious weekly hours from day one.

• You want ownership more than you want certainty.

Be clear on this before you apply:

• There is no salary. None. This is an equity partnership, and you should have the runway to work without income for a meaningful stretch.

• This is not employment. It's a founding partnership between you and NeedTech Labs.

• We are a venture creation platform. Not a fund. We build ventures with people; we don't write checks.
