FP&A Analyst - JB-3476

We are seeking a talented and driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance department for a meaningful and impactful role. In this position, you will report directly to the CFO and play a key part in driving financial excellence.

This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, deep attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage financial processes related to inventory and supply chain management.

• Conduct cost analysis and support product pricing strategies.

• Partner with various business units to analyze data, generate reports, and deliver actionable financial insights.

• Track, monitor, and analyze financial and operational KPIs.

• Oversee and analyze inventory levels, costs, and overall financial performance.

• Support month-end closing processes and assist in preparing financial reports.

• Utilize Priority ERP to manage, track, and analyze financial data.

• Perform financial reconciliations and analysis to optimize operational processes and drive business efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an FP&A Analyst or Financial Analyst. Experience in a manufacturing/industrial company is a significant advantage.

• Proven experience in cost analysis, product pricing, and inventory management.

• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes – Advantage.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems – Priority experience is a major advantage.

• Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to derive strategic business insights.

• Ability to work independently while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

• Languages: Native Hebrew and high-level English (written and spoken).
