We are looking for an experienced FP&A to join our team and support business decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and performance management. Responsibilities • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes • Analyze project, client, and business unit profitability • Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights to management • Develop financial and operational KPIs, reports, and executive presentations • Support financial processes and systems, including SAP implementation

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or business planning • Experience working in project-based or complex operational environments • Hands-on experience with SAP in a financial environment - mandatory • Strong analytical skills with experience working with senior stakeholders • Advanced Excel skills and a bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering The position is open for all genders as well as people with disabilities.
