Front Office Manager

Role Description

The Front Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This role oversees day-to-day front office operations, including managing reception activities, greeting visitors, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The Front Office Manager coordinates office administration tasks such as scheduling, handling correspondence, managing supplies, and supporting internal teams with logistical needs. The role also involves supervising front office procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service, and resolving inquiries efficiently to support customer satisfaction. The person in this position will collaborate with colleagues across the organization, ensure consistent communication flows, and contribute to improving office processes and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Front Office skills, including organizing workflows and managing daily operations.

• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide professional support to visitors and clients.

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a front office or administrative management role is highly beneficial.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets) and office equipment.

• Ability to work on-site full time in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
