Full Stack Developer – Frontend Focus

We're building a platform that leverages artificial intelligence to optimize operations, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across the logistics ecosystem.

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend focus who's excited to work at the intersection of software engineering and AI, collaborating across departments to deliver intelligent, data-driven features.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable web applications.

• Build and evolve frontend architecture for large-scale applications.

• Design and implement scalable backend services using .NET and modern architectural patterns.

• Develop and maintain microservices and inter-service communication using REST APIs, Azure Service Bus, and asynchronous messaging patterns.

• Work with MongoDB, Redis, and other NoSQL databases and caching technologies to support scalable and high-performance applications.

• Develop and maintain our Ship4wd Sourcing platform based on GrandNode, extending and integrating its modular architecture and APIs.

• Build and integrate AI-powered features and services into the Ship4wd platform.

• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, and AI services.

• Design and troubleshoot concurrency, synchronization, and distributed/local locking in scalable applications.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure.

• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, Operations, and other teams to turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, technical design, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of our development practices and architecture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full stack development, with strong frontend experience and solid backend development skills.

• Strong proficiency in .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular, and Azure — experience with Vue.js is a strong asset.

• Strong hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/SASS, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.

• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, CQRS, and DDD, including inter-service communication in a microservices environment. Experience with MediatR is a strong asset.

• Practical experience structuring large frontend codebases using layer-first, feature-first, FSD, or similar approaches.

• Experience handling concurrency, synchronization, and distributed/local locking in scalable applications.

• Experience integrating or working alongside AI/ML systems (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, custom ML models).

• Solid understanding of MongoDB and other NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Redis or other distributed caching technologies.

• Experience with Azure Service Bus or other message brokers and asynchronous messaging.

• Understanding of modular, layered, and API-driven application architecture.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.

• Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Background in logistics or supply chain tech.
