Senior Full-Stack Developer | Position 2094

A leading technology company is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a dynamic development team working on complex systems in a private cloud environment.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture design and Frontend and Backend development to code reviews, infrastructure-related tasks, and production deployment.

The position is based at the Kirya in Tel Aviv, within an Israeli Air Force unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement architectures for complex software systems.

• Develop Full-Stack solutions, with a strong focus on Backend services using TypeScript.

• Develop and maintain user-facing applications using Next.js.

• Work with PostgreSQL and relational databases.

• Read, review, and evaluate code while conducting high-quality code reviews.

• Use AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and similar solutions.

• Write Dockerfiles and build Docker images.

• Work with S3 and object storage solutions.

• Use Git and manage branching and versioning processes according to SemVer principles.

• Support the complete development lifecycle, from initial planning through production deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.

• Proven experience developing complex Full-Stack systems.

• Familiarity with Next.js.

• Experience developing Backend services using TypeScript.

• Strong knowledge of relational database management, particularly PostgreSQL.

• Experience designing and implementing complex system architectures.

• Strong code-reading skills and the ability to conduct high-quality code reviews.

• Experience working with Docker, including writing Dockerfiles and building Docker images.

• Experience working with S3 or similar object storage solutions.

• Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version management.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex technological environment.

Technical Advantages

• Experience working on projects with multiple environments available simultaneously, such as Development, Integration, and Production.

• Familiarity with message queue technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.

• Experience developing Backend services using Python.

• Experience with FastAPI or Express.js.

• Experience with OpenShift, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol, or MCP.

• Experience with authorization and access control systems such as RBAC or ABAC.

• Experience with data synchronization and connectivity between different data repositories.

• Experience with Elasticsearch.

• Familiarity with Matomo.

• Familiarity with neverthrow for functional error handling in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, particularly Woodpecker and Argo CD.

• Familiarity with Israeli military systems, particularly the Israeli Air Force.

• Previous service in the Ofek Unit is considered an advantage.
