Full Stack Engineer - CTO Office

Cyera's Office of the CTO builds the internal tooling that lets field teams (Sales Engineers, Customer Success Engineers, Support) move fast without waiting on core R&D. You'll work on BackOffice, our internal operations platform, and the AI agents and infrastructure that power it, end to end, from the API to the screen someone actually clicks. You'll own problems end-to-end: • Debug production issues with incomplete access and incomplete information: you trace root cause yourself, not by escalating • Talk directly to SEs and CSEs to understand what's actually broken, then translate the fix back into language they can use with customers • Take a feature from an ambiguous ask through backend logic, API design, and the UI that surfaces it, without needing the requirements handed to you fully formed You'll work across the whole stack of a growing internal platform: • Build and maintain services on NestJS/TypeScript, backed by PostgreSQL, and the React UI on top of them • Make pragmatic architecture calls in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment: think 80/20, not gold-plating • Improve monitoring and visibility so the next incident gets caught faster

Requirements: • Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience across both backend (Node.js) and frontend (React); NestJS is a plus, not a requirement • Comfort with relational databases and API design • A track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems without being told exactly what to do • Genuine interest in the mess of internal tooling, where the constraint is often people and process, not just code • Tools we use: TypeScript, NestJS, React, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes Why Join Us?
