Full Stack Engineer

Dreamhub is the first AI-native CRM purpose-built for B2B SaaS teams. Backed by the founders of MuleSoft, Datadog, and Datorama, we’re redefining how go-to-market teams operate—leveraging machine learning and LLMs to automate workflows, surface deep insights, and eliminate manual data entry.

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join DreamHub AI and work across the entire stack. You'll build the React interfaces that make complex AI-powered sales insights accessible, and the Python services, APIs, and integrations that feed our AI models with structured data from the tools B2B teams rely on.

What You'll Do:

• Build and maintain our React-based CRM application that automatically updates deals and delivers real-time sales intelligence

• Create responsive, data-heavy interfaces for pipeline management, forecasting, and AI-generated deal insights

• Design and build REST APIs and data pipelines that feed our AI models with structured information

• Build and maintain integrations with CRMs, sales tools, and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, etc.)

• Work with LLMs to process and standardize data from different systems, and surface deep insights in user-friendly formats

• Implement robust error handling and monitoring for business-critical, end-to-end flows

• Collaborate closely across frontend, backend, and Data Science to quickly ship what customers are asking for

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience

• Strong React frontend experience with solid JavaScript and TypeScript skills

• Strong Python experience building services with FastAPI

• Experience building data-intensive applications with complex state management

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations

• Data warehouse experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift

• Experience with object-oriented design and unit testing (pytest); UI testing (Playwright/Cypress) a plus

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and LLMs

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes deployment experience an advantage

• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent, and startup experience (at least one company)
