Full Stack Engineer

What we’re looking for : We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong back-end focus who loves taking on complex engineering challenges and building at scale. You’ll own systems end to end, solve problems that demand both depth and creativity, and have a real voice in the technical decisions that shape our platform as we grow. What you’ll do : • Build and own end-to-end features, from robust back-end services to polished user experiences. • Design scalable, high-performance systems and tackle complex technical challenges. • Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into production-ready solutions used by real customers. • Help shape our architecture, engineering standards, and the way we build as we scale.

Requirements: What you’ll bring : • Proven experience as a full stack developer, with strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies. • Strong knowledge in backend development using Python, Node.js, or Go. • Extensive hands-on experience with front-end technologies including React, Typescript, and Next.js. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. • Experience with NoSQL databases like ArangoDB and MongoDB. • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Temporal.io is a plus. • Solid understanding of full stack development principles and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
