About RevThread

RevThread is an early-stage AI startup building a new kind of marketing platform for small businesses.

As we quickly approach launch, we're looking for a talented Computer Science / Software Engineering student to join RevThread as one of our first engineers.

This isn't a typical student position. You'll work on a real production product, ship features used by customers, and take meaningful ownership from the start.

What you'll work on

You'll help RevThread:

• Improve product stability, reliability, and performance

• Debug and resolve production issues

• Polish and improve the UI/UX

• Build integrations with major platforms and third-party APIs

• Work across frontend, backend, databases, authentication, and infrastructure

• Improve testing, monitoring, and security practices

• Use modern AI development tools such as Claude Code and Codex to move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards

Our stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Vercel, REST APIs, OAuth, and AI APIs.

Who we're looking for

We're less interested in years of experience and more interested in whether you can actually build.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are studying Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Have strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

• Have experience with React or Next.js

• Are comfortable working with APIs and databases

• Understand Git/GitHub

• Have built real projects outside of coursework

• Use AI coding tools effectively while understanding and taking responsibility for the code they produce

• Enjoy figuring out unfamiliar technical problems independently

• Care about security, reliability, and creating great user experiences

• Want meaningful responsibility rather than a traditional internship

Experience with PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, OAuth, third-party platform APIs, or SaaS products is a plus, but not required.

The role

Approximately 12–20 flexible hours per week, designed to work alongside university studies. Hybrid/remote, with occasional in-person work in Tel Aviv.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with RevThread from an early stage, take on increasing technical ownership, and become one of the first engineers on the team as we build and scale the company.
