Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer with a strong backend background and a good understanding of complex systems.

The role is around 70% backend and 30% frontend, with a focus on building and improving financial systems, services, integrations, and production applications.

You will work on both existing systems and new development, and take part in introducing modern technologies and AI-assisted development practices into the team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications in production.

• Design and develop microservices.

• Develop services using PHP/Laravel and Go.

• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems, external APIs, and third-party services.

• Improve and refactor existing Laravel/PHP components.

• Take part in migrating existing services to newer technologies.

• Work with MySQL/Postgres databases.

• Work closely with Product, QA, UX, and DevOps.

• Use AI tools as part of the development workflow.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years of software development experience.

• Strong experience with PHP/Laravel.

• Experience with Go is a strong advantage.

• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.

• Strong experience with MySQL/Postgres databases.

• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.

• Experience working with production systems.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and modern development practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, acquiring, or financial systems.

• Experience working with payment providers, financial institutions, or international payment companies.

• Experience with high-volume transaction systems.

• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven technologies.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS.

• Experience using AI development tools as part of day-to-day engineering work.
