Full Stack / Mobile Engineer

Appsforce Is looking for Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-paced startup team.

You'll work across the entire stack — Node.js services on the backend and Flutter on mobile — taking features from concept all the way to production.

Responsibilities:

• Backend services: Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js.

• Mobile apps: Build and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.

• Data layer: Work with PostgreSQL and Redis.

• Full stack ownership: Understand and work across both frontend/client and backend systems.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product, production, and other stakeholders.

• End-to-end delivery: Take features from concept to production and help troubleshoot real-world issues.

• Technical direction: Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as a software engineer

• Strong skills with Node.js and API development (preferably Fastify)

• Full stack understanding — strong grasp of both frontend/client and backend systems

• PostgreSQL and Redis experience

• Cloud and Kubernetes — experience deploying, managing, and scaling production services

• Ability to work independently and take ownership
