Full Stack Team lead

A large and leading company is looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to lead a development team in an advanced, stable, and complex technological environment.

The role combines professional and people leadership of a development team with hands-on involvement in the development of Web systems, external websites, mobile applications, and advanced user interfaces, using .NET Core, React, and React Native.

What does the role include?

• Professional and people management of a Full Stack development team.

• Leading end-to-end development processes, from planning through production deployment.

• Task allocation, prioritization, progress tracking, and providing professional guidance to the team.

• Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving high coding standards.

• Developing Web systems and responsive websites using .NET Core.

• Advanced Frontend development in React, including Hooks, APIs, and State Management.

• Backend development based on .NET Core and REST APIs.

• Working with SQL / NoSQL databases.

• Leading architectural decisions and solving complex technological challenges.

• Ongoing collaboration with Product, UX/UI, QA, and additional technology teams.

• Leading development processes in an Agile / Scrum environment.

• Responsibility for system quality, performance, maintainability, and stability.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Full Stack development.

• Significant experience developing with .NET Core.

• At least 2 years of experience in Frontend development with React.

• Proven experience in professional leadership of developers or managing a development team.

• Significant experience with REST APIs and Web architecture.

• Experience working with SQL / NoSQL databases.

• Experience developing complex systems in an enterprise environment.

• Experience with Git and task/version management tools.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, system-level thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to combine team management with hands-on technical work.

Advantages

• Previous management experience as a Full Stack Team Lead.

• Experience with Redux, MobX, or other State Management tools.

• Experience with React Native.

• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AJAX.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.

• Experience working in a Scrum environment.

• Experience developing rich and advanced user interfaces.

• Familiarity with AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering – an advantage.

Candidates with other relevant technological education combined with significant professional experience may also be considered.
