We are looking for a Tech Lead – Full Stack to join and lead one of our core R&D teams. In this role, you’ll take a hands-on approach to shape the architecture, technical direction, and delivery of key product components, including a management interface built for cybersecurity specialists. You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure solutions for real-world identity security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and technical direction across frontend and backend codebases, staying hands-on in design and implementation

• Drive innovation and technical excellence, evolving our application infrastructure to be scalable and resilient while maintaining high code quality

• Own end-to-end delivery of key product components, from planning and design through implementation and release

• Mentor and guide team members through technical and architectural decisions

• Partner with engineering teams, Product, and UX teams, to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions

• Establish and elevate engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and CI/CD

• Serve as the point of escalation and technical leadership for complex engineering challenges

• Drive innovation and technical excellence, maintaining high code quality and system performance

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software development

• 2+ years of experience in a tech lead or other leading roles, owning system architecture and guiding engineering teams

• Strong backend development experience, with Node.js preferred

• Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue), React preferred

• Proficiency in TypeScript, with working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases – Elasticsearch experience a plus

• Robust knowledge of database, orchestration, and infrastructure fundamentals (schema design, query performance, cluster architecture, deployment/scaling patterns)

• Background in cybersecurity or identity platforms – strong advantage

• Hands-on use of AI coding and reasoning tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, and similar) in real production work – using them to ship faster and to higher quality, not just to experiment
