GenAI Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Development Manager to lead our technological activity and take full ownership of the company's AI projects and products.

This is a key role combining team leadership, technical and architectural oversight, Enterprise project delivery, and hands-on work in the GenAI domain.

Our solutions are already deployed in Production environments across Enterprise clients, and we are seeking a leader to drive their next generation—from concept and architecture through development, integration, to successful Production launch and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team, including developers and AI engineers.

• End-to-end responsibility for the development of the company’s GenAI products and solutions.

• Lead complex technical projects for Enterprise clients, from design to Production.

• Design and drive decisions regarding architecture, infrastructure, performance, scalability, and security.

• Develop and implement solutions based on LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Document AI, and Agentic Workflows.

• Build integrations with Enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and cloud environments.

• Establish development standards and processes that support high velocity alongside Production-grade quality and stability.

• Work closely with executive leadership, Product, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into real-world AI solutions.

• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging GenAI technologies, frameworks, and models.

Requirements

• At least 6–7 years of software development experience.

• At least 4–5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in Product, B2B, or Enterprise environments.

• Significant experience in developing GenAI and LLM solutions.

• Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic Architectures.

• Proven track record of building complex systems and deploying them to Production.

• Experience in Cloud architecture design (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Experience with Microservices, APIs, Event-Driven Architecture, and distributed systems.

• Strong technical capability with the ability to be hands-on when needed, alongside leading and managing the team.

• Experience in building software solutions for Enterprise customers.

• Experience with OCR, Document AI, Document Processing, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) – Strong Advantage.

• Experience in Multi-Tenant / SaaS environments – Advantage.
