As our General Counsel, you will be overseeing the full scope of the company’s legal matters and regulatory compliance requirements in a global framework and managing a global team. What you’ll do: • Lead the company’s legal strategy and support the company’s daily operations. • Be responsible for the company’s compliance efforts, lead compliance policies and activities, including AI and privacy. • Support the Company’s organic and inorganic growth, including M&A activities, partnerships and strategic alliances, from due diligence, negotiation and contracts to post-merger Integration. • Oversee commercial engagements with customers and vendors. • Serve as the trusted legal advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders. • Advise different company teams on mitigating legal risks while having a “business-first” attitude. • Manage corporate legal governance and statutory legal filings • Establish and manage company policies and internal processes related to legal and compliance matters.

Requirements: What you’ll need: • A Qualified lawyer in Israel (LLB). • At least 10 years of legal experience, including serving as an in-house general counsel or senior legal counsel, with a strong background in tech companies. • Proven track record working with multinational teams of fast-growing organizations. • Proven ability to partner with senior executives, helping guide key business decisions. • Hands-on experience navigating complex negotiations, transactions, and legal risks. • Strong leadership and management abilities with great communication and stakeholder management skills. • Skilled at balancing legal needs with practical commercial goals. • Ability to quickly navigate unfamiliar jurisdictions by self-learning and working effectively with external counsel when needed • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and its implications • English at a native level.
