Global Supply Chain Director

DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection and border surveillance. We are looking for Supply Chain Director. Job Description: • Oversight and synchronize all home markets teams and activities at global perspective. • Direct responsibility of the company Strategic procurement and procurement contracts. • Establish and manage supply chain operation in Asia. • Define & Monitor worldwide KPIy. • Develop 5 Years cost reduction plan and risk assessment/mitigation. • Strategic management of the world wide Mechanics subcontractors. • Reports to the global VP Production & Supply Chain.

Requirements: Requirements • Relevant degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management or matching experience. • Experience in managing global teams and operations at corporate organization. • At least 10 years of experience at large global electronic manufacturing organization. • Experience working with Priority or Oracle – an advantage. • Systems, processes and detailed originated. • High-level English – mandatory. • Good communication skills and negotiation abilities.
