We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Brand Designer to join our in-house creative studio. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and maintaining Phoenix’s visual identity across a wide range of touchpoints, from marketing campaigns and corporate communications to digital and print assets.

What you’ll do?

• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Group’s brand identity across all customer and internal touchpoints.

• Lead creative concepts for marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications.

• Design marketing materials for both digital and print platforms.

• Collaborate closely with marketing managers, project managers, vendors, and print production houses.

• Manage and deliver design projects end-to-end, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.

• Perform design quality assurance on both internal and external materials.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in graphic design and branding, preferably within a large organization or an advertising/branding agency.

• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining brand identity and visual language.

• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience working with Figma.

• Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools – a significant advantage.
