Ground Hardware Systems Engineer

We are looking for

For our company site in Haifa, Aerospace division is looking for a Ground Hardware Systems Engineer to lead the development and production support of control and operation shelters for advanced UAV systems

In this role you will

Lead the development and validation of complex hardware and software systems from solution definition through customer delivery

Define system requirements, write specification and design documents, and lead integration activities

Support development and production processes of UAV control and operation shelters

Work closely with engineering teams, manufacturing interfaces, and subcontractors

Lead development processes in a matrix environment while managing multiple interfaces

Work on-site and at customer locations in Israel and abroad as required

Requirements

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering

Experience in systems engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems - Advantage

Experience in integration of military systems

Experience managing subcontractors - Advantage

Ability to define system requirements and write specification and design documents

Good English skills

Willingness to work in the field and travel within Israel and abroad

System-level thinking, fast learning ability, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication skills
