Group Leader - Cloud Platform & SRE

A stable and fast‑growing Network Security company is searching a Group Leader to Lead the Cloud Platform & SRE group.

Responsibilities:

You will lead the teams responsible for the foundational infrastructure of our global cybersecurity services.

This role is a unique hybrid: you will drive the development of internal developer tools ,while taking ultimate accountability for the resilience and performance of our high-scale production environments.

We are looking for a leader who moves beyond traditional monitoring toward proactive, AI-driven operations and self-healing infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, managing technical leaders or senior engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience managing massive, distributed production environments. You understand the "blast radius" of every change.

• A passion for replacing manual toil with code. You view "automated recovery" as a requirement, not a luxury.

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Terraform, and Kafka. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell for advanced automation.

• Deep knowledge of the Prometheus/Grafana ecosystem and a clear vision for integrating AI into the monitoring lifecycle.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead through influence. You are a mentor who grows the next generation of technical talent.
