Growth Deployment Strategist

Sett is looking for a Growth Deployment Strategist to lead our most strategic partner engagements end-to-end - from discovery and POC scoping through deployment, delivery, adoption, retention, and expansion. We’re looking for someone with a builder mindset and a strong ownership mentality - someone who can create structure from ambiguity, drive execution without waiting for perfect conditions, and carry partner outcomes from strategy all the way to measurable impact

Requirements: Who is the ideal candidate? This role is ideal for someone with a strong ownership mindset, strong execution skills, and the ability to create clarity in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. • Brings 4–6 years of experience in fast-growing B2B startups or consulting firms, delivery, customer-facing, or technical roles. • Mobile gaming industry experience. • Has a strong interest in technology and curiosity to understand how complex products work. • Combines business acumen with strong problem-solving skills and can turn ambiguous challenges into clear action plans. • Creates clarity for partners and internal teams, even when priorities or requirements are still evolving. • Works effectively across technical and business stakeholders. • Takes ownership, operates independently, and is willing to go the extra mile. • Manages multiple priorities, timelines, and workstreams effectively. • Thrives both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
