Hands-On IT Project Manager! 🚀

🔑 Key Responsibilities • 📊 End-to-End Project Management: Define scope, plan resources, manage timelines & budgets, handle risk management, and present reports to management & steering committees.

• 🛠️ Hands-On Technical Execution: Perform system configurations, technical specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and ensure the ongoing health of core systems.

• 🔗 Interfaces & Integrations: Map and design system-to-system interfaces, data flows, and API/ETL processes.

• 🤝 Vendor Management: Collaborate daily with software vendors and external consultants—managing contracts, tracking deliverables, and enforcing SLAs.

• 🧪 Quality Assurance & Testing (QA/UAT): Write test cases, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure system integrity before and after Go-Live.

• 🤖 AI Integration: Utilize AI tools daily for workflow optimization, document generation, data analysis, and task automation.

• 🔄 Change Management & Deployment: Train end-users, lead change management processes, and resolve field resistance.

🎯 Requirements Must-Haves:

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 💼 Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects in a medium-to-large organization.

• ⚙️ Hands-On Technical Skills: Direct experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• 🤝 Vendor Operations: Proven track record in vendor management, contractual tracking, and SLA enforcement.

• 🏗️ Technical Architecture: Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, data flows, and interfaces (API, SFTP, Web Services).

• 🛠️ PM Tools: Proficiency in project management software (Excel, Monday, etc.).

Advantages / Nice-to-Haves:

• 🏥 Experience with ERP, HRIS, or specialized Healthcare/Welfare systems.

• 📈 Expertise in Business Process Mapping & Improvement (BPM).
