Hardware Engineer

The company develops end-to-end security architectures, smart alarm systems, and video monitoring devices serving an extensive global customer base.

Operating with high financial stability and profitability, the company employs hundreds of professionals worldwide and drives its core product development from Israel.

Located in the Shfela region operating primarily on an in-office work model (with reasonable flexibility).

Role Description-

• Taking end-to-end ownership of digital hardware development, from initial requirements definition and architecture design to lab bring-up, integration, and mass production.

• Designing high-speed digital boards, Schematics, Layout guidelines, and multi-layer PCB circuits.

• Working extensively with High-Speed interfaces and DDR memory architectures.

• Collaborating cross-functionally with Software, Embedded, Testing, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless HW/SW integration and product reliability.

• Leading lab bring-up, system-level testing, technical troubleshooting, and hardware qualification throughout the NPI (New Product Introduction) lifecycle.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Board Design (HW Design) – Mandatory

• Proven expertise in Digital Circuit Design and Schematics – Mandatory

• Significant, hands-on experience with High-Speed design methodologies and protocols (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet, USB, DDR) – Mandatory

• Practical experience leading board bring-up, lab debugging, and working with advanced test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Logic Analyzers) – Mandatory

• Experience taking hardware products through the entire lifecycle, from architecture definition to volume manufacturing (NPI) – Mandatory

• Background in IoT platforms, Embedded Processors, Smart Home / Security Hardware, or Power Management – Advantage
