המשרה המקורית · נשמר לעיוןAn established, market-leading Semiconductor and microelectronics company designing and manufacturing advanced silicon for global IoT, wireless communications, edge sensing, and security markets.
The company's chips power millions of connected devices worldwide spanning tier-1 smart wearables, consumer electronics, automotive systems, advanced imaging devices, and industrial tracking hardware.
Employing hundreds of professionals, the organization combines robust financial stability with a sophisticated hardware engineering culture tackling complex RF, analog, and high-speed board challenges.
The offices are located in the Sharon area, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.
Role Description-
• Serving as a Senior Hardware / Board Design Engineer (RF & Analog), taking end-to-end ownership of dedicated high-speed test boards and characterization hardware used for automated chip testing on ATE systems.
• Leading complete board development lifecycles, from component selection, architectural definition, and detailed Schematic capture through Layout design.
• Driving hands-on Bring-up, Debug, and hardware characterization in the lab, diagnosing signal integrity, RF performance, and analog behavior.
• Designing with a sharp focus on RF circuitry, Analog front-ends, and high-frequency mixed-signal routing to ensure ultra-precise testing fidelity.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Silicon Design, ATE/Test Engineering, and Validation teams to optimize testing flows and manufacturing yields.
Requirements-
• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution – Mandatory
• 5+ years of proven hands-on experience in Board Design – Mandatory
• Strong practical expertise in RF design and Analog hardware engineering – Mandatory
• Deep proficiency with Cadence design tools (OrCAD / Allegro) for schematics and layout supervision – Mandatory
• Extensive hands-on laboratory experience with bring-up, debugging, and RF test equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, VNAs, Oscilloscopes) – Mandatory
• Prior hardware development experience within the Semiconductor industry (specifically designing for ATE, evaluation boards, or chip characterization) – Significant Advantage
