Hardware Integration Engineer

Located in the Sharon region , operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Hardware Integration & Qualification Engineer, taking end-to-end technical responsibility for evaluating, qualifying, and integrating next-generation enterprise hardware components into high-density storage platforms.

• Serving as a hardware domain expert across enterprise servers, high-speed storage enclosures (JBODs), NVMe/SAS/SATA SSDs, power delivery units (PDUs/PSUs/UPS), and high-speed network interfaces.

• Driving deep-dive Hardware Debugging, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Failure Analysis (FA) on complex enterprise systems, collaborating closely with global tier-1 hardware vendors and internal multidisciplinary teams.

• Leading qualification cycles, stress testing, and hardware integration initiatives while tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Developing automated test scripts and validation tools in Python and Bash to streamline hardware qualification workflows.

• Managing hardware knowledge bases, tracking tickets, and documenting validation results using standard industry tools (Jira, Google Workspace).

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field – Mandatory

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Hardware Debugging and System Integration across complex enterprise-grade platforms – Mandatory

• Extensive hands-on troubleshooting experience with Enterprise Servers, BMC, IPMI, PCIe, NVMe / SAS / SATA SSDs, JBOD enclosures, Ethernet NICs, and Power subsystems (PDU, UPS, PSU) – Mandatory

• Solid proficiency in Linux environments: System internals, Kernel logging/interfaces, device drivers, and low-level diagnostic tools – Mandatory

• Hands-on scripting and automation capabilities in Python and Bash – Mandatory

• Strong foundational understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals and Computer Networking – Mandatory

• Exceptional hands-on problem-solving abilities, high ownership, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional R&D and global vendor teams – Mandatory
