Position Overview-

• Senior Multidisciplinary R&D Program Manager taking complete end-to-end (E2E) strategic ownership over highly complex product delivery lifecycles simultaneously across multiple Tier-1 global clients.

• Leading cross-functional matrix teams across Software, Electronics, Power Systems, System Engineering, and Supply Chain divisions to translate technical specifications into physical operational road infrastructure.

• Orchestrating high-level technical project constraints, managing complex Gantt schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and capital budgets to guarantee zero-defect deployment.

• Acting as the primary architectural authority and technical bridge facing international enterprise accounts, strategic infrastructure operators, and automotive OEMs, including occasional short international travel.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Software) – Mandatory

• 8+ years of R&D project/program management experience in product-driven environments – Mandatory

• Proven track record managing multiple high-budget projects concurrently for global clients – Mandatory

• Hands-on experience with multidisciplinary products (electronics, mechanics, and software) – Mandatory

• Strong proficiency in system integration, E2E requirements, and Tier-1/OEM vendor management – Mandatory

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English within global business cultures – Mandatory
