Hardware Team Lead- Power Quality Products Division

A leading technology company is looking for a Hardware Team Lead to lead the development of advanced power and energy products from architecture through production.

The company develops and manufactures complex electrical and electronic systems for advanced power applications. This is a highly hands-on leadership role, combining management of a team of four hardware engineers with broad technical ownership across architecture, analog and digital design, bring-up, integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness.

The role is approximately 90% hands-on and includes close collaboration with Firmware, Software, QA, Product, suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and professionally lead a team of Analog and Digital Hardware Engineers.

• Lead hardware architecture and development of complex electronic boards and systems.

• Design analog circuits, including sensing, ADCs, power, and fast-sampling circuits.

• Develop CPU/DSP-based electronic boards.

• Own PCB design and layout activities, board bring-up, integration, and debugging.

• Define technical requirements and lead validation and testing processes.

• Own BOM activities and ensure product readiness for manufacturing.

• Provide engineering support throughout manufacturing processes.

• Work hands-on with laboratory and test equipment.

• Manage technical interfaces with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.

• Collaborate closely with Firmware, Software, QA, and Product teams.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field – must.

• 8+ years of experience in Hardware development – must.

• 3+ years of experience managing a Hardware team – must.

• Significant experience in Analog Design – must.

• Experience in Hardware Architecture – must.

• Experience in High-Speed Design, Integration, and Debugging – must.

• Experience designing Fast Sampling Circuits – must.

• Experience with PCB Layout and Electronic Board Bring-Up – must.

• Experience with SPICE and ORCAD – must.

• Experience writing technical requirements and performing Validation – must.

• Experience supporting manufacturing processes and working with Test Equipment – must.

• Experience working with subcontractors – must.
