Hardware Test Engineer (37153)

Mertens Malam Team is hiring a Hardware Test Engineer for a leading defense organization in Northern Israel.

The role includes planning and executing hardware tests for assemblies and components in development projects, identifying hardware failures, writing test specifications and result reports, preparing test work plans, designing test solutions, and managing hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute hardware tests for assemblies and components in development projects

Identify and troubleshoot hardware failures

Write test specifications and test result documents

Prepare work plans for hardware testing

Design test solutions and manage hardware issues

Work with advanced hardware testing technologies and equipment including Scope, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generator

Participate in challenging technology projects in a professional and advanced environment

Requirements:

Practical Engineer or Engineer degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or another relevant technological field

Experience working with test equipment including Scope, Logic Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, and Signal Generator

Experience writing test documents and reports

Ability to read and understand electrical schematics

Good English reading and writing skills
