What You'll Do:

• Lead the Vision: End-to-end responsibility for the company’s Data & AI strategy, from conceptualization to implementation.

• Mentor & Grow: Manage, inspire, and grow a talented team of data professionals.

• Drive Business Strategy: Be the business's "Data Focus"- analyze user behavior, churn, retention, and engagement to provide actionable insights that dictate our strategic direction. Tell us what we don't know.

• Innovate with AI: Pioneer the integration of AI solutions across the entire company.

Who You Are :

• You are currently a successful Team Lead with proven experience in managing 3-5+ people, You are over-performing and hungry for ownership.

• You come from intensive, high-scale Big Data environments (E-commerce, FinTech, AdTech, SaaS).

• Deeply technical in AI/ML, but possesses a strong business acumen. You understand how data impacts the bottom line.

• A proactive "builder" personality with a passion for innovation and a "can-do" approach.
