We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of AI Strategic Enablement to lead the delivery and adoption of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions across a global organization. What You'll Do

As the leader of AI Strategic Enablement, you will serve as the central coordination point for enterprise AI initiatives and lead multidisciplinary teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and security experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead agile technical teams to scale AI capabilities across the organization.

• Drive the development and deployment of secure, enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.

• Embed security-by-design principles and automate security controls across AI platforms, CI/CD pipelines, identity management, and data governance frameworks.

• Translate complex business challenges into impactful AI strategies and measurable outcomes.

• Define enterprise AI architecture, technology roadmaps, governance models, and reusable development frameworks.

• Build, mentor, and grow a world-class AI engineering organization.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence across global teams.

• Partner with executive stakeholders to accelerate AI adoption and business value.

• Represent the enterprise AI program internally and externally with customers, strategic partners, and industry leaders.

• Collaborate with cloud providers, AI technology partners, and ecosystem vendors to advance AI capabilities and innovation.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technology leadership, or enterprise IT.

• Proven track record leading AI/ML, Generative AI, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Deep expertise in:

• Azure OpenAI

• Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Vector databases

• MLOps platforms

• AI governance and security automation

• Experience leading teams in highly regulated, security-focused environments.

• Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance frameworks, and secure AI implementation.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling AI initiatives across global enterprises.

• Strong relationships with cloud providers, hyperscalers, or AI ecosystem partners.

• MBA or advanced business degree.

• Public speaking experience and the ability to communicate complex technologies to diverse audiences.
