What will you do at SuperPlay?:

We are looking for a visionary Head of BI to lead our data strategy, focusing on high-volume data architecture, advanced AI tooling, and empowering the organization with cutting-edge data capabilities.

You will:

• Lead & Scale: Lead, manage, and grow teams of data engineers and BI developers.

• Drive Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define and implement our overarching data strategy, policies, data governance, and processes.

• Empower the Business: Drive the use of data and analytics to inform high-level business decisions, providing scalable reporting and insights on media acquisition channels, user usage, and business metrics.

• Ensure Excellence: Maintain impeccable data quality and accuracy through continuous monitoring, auditing, and architectural improvements of data management processes.

• Champion AI & Data Literacy: Create and maintain a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy, self-serve analytics, and smart automation tools throughout the organization.

• Innovate: Stay on the bleeding edge of data trends and technologies, continuously assessing and implementing new tools to keep our stack world-class.

Who are you?:

• Seniority: 7+ years of experience in BI and data, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Scale & Volume: Proven experience working with massive scale, high-volume data (B2C, mobile apps, gaming, or ad-tech preferred).

• Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring data engineers and BI developers.

• AI-Forward: Hands-on experience building self-service data tools powered by automation and AI-driven workflows.

• Technical Chops: Expertise in SQL, proficiency in Python for data engineering, and a strong background in data visualization architecture.

• Cloud Native: Experience with cloud-based data management and analytics tools (experience with modern cloud data warehouses is a plus).

• Strategic Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights business leaders can act on.
