Alma is an AI fluency and human development platform—built for an AI-native future. We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead our measurement framework, product insights, and data interface, reporting directly to the Head of Data.

📌 The Role

Shape company-wide KPIs alongside Product & Engineering.

Own our internal AI querying tool and elevate data quality.

Deliver deep product, CS, and leadership insights + client-facing dashboards.

🎯 What You Bring

6+ years in analytics with strong SQL & OLAP experience (ClickHouse / Snowflake).

Modern cloud data skills, strong data modeling, and BI fluency.

AI-first mindset—you use LLM tools daily to speed up your workflow.

Strategic thinking and full ownership.
