For our company site in Bar Lev Industrial Zone, we are looking for a Head of Engineering Technologies

Join a leading engineering organization and take part in driving advanced technological capabilities in the defense and industrial sectors. This role combines leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams with the promotion of innovation, automation, and digital transformation processes that directly impact product quality and engineering excellence

In this role you will

Lead engineering teams in the fields of Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI), machining and automation engineering, tooling engineering, and metrology engineering

Lead specification, procurement, and implementation processes for advanced machinery and technological equipment

Drive innovative technologies in the fields of automation and digitalization in line with industry advancements

Maintain and promote the professional excellence of engineering teams

Recruit, onboard, and professionally train new employees

Be responsible for employee safety and promote a strong safety culture

Mentor and develop team managers within the administration

Lead continuous improvement, efficiency enhancement, and technological advancement processes

Manage cross-functional interfaces and initiate professional collaborations across the organization

Ensure execution of work plans with emphasis on quality, schedules, budgets, and company procedures

Requirements

B.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Master’s degree - Advantage

At least 5 years of experience in one of the following fields: NDI, CNC, CMM, or tooling design

Proven experience managing engineering teams

Experience working with CAD/CAM systems

Familiarity with composite material structures - Advantage

Experience managing subcontractors and engineering consultants - Advantage

Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken, along with leadership abilities, independent work capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
