🚀 We're Hiring | Head of IT Infrastructure

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced Head of IT Infrastructure.

The role includes:

• Managing a team of ~10 employees across Infrastructure, System, Networking, Information Security and IT Support

• Leading complex infrastructure projects end-to-end, from strategy and planning through implementation

• Managing infrastructure activities across sites in Israel and abroad

• Setting priorities, work routines and professional standards

• Driving continuous improvement, innovation and service excellence

• Leading infrastructure activities in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment, including audits and compliance requirements

• Acting as the technological point of contact for infrastructure solutions and innovation

• Managing critical incidents and system-wide issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory

• 3+ years of proven management experience in IT Infrastructure

• Proven experience managing teams – mandatory

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – significant advantage

• Pharmaceutical industry and regulatory experience – significant advantage

• Strong problem-solving and service-oriented approach

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and multi-tasking environment

• High-level English – mandatory

Advantageous certifications/training:

Project Management, MCSE, Information Security, CCNA
