Head Of Manufacturing

A hands-on manufacturing leader responsible for taking products from development through NPI, production line build-up, and scaled production.

This is a senior leadership role in a fast-growing company where manufacturing is a core part of the business. You will build the manufacturing organization, processes, and infrastructure from the ground up, including establishing new production sites in Israel and internationally.

We are looking for someone with proven manufacturing experience who can operate at scale, while bringing a modern and technology-driven approach to production.

Responsibilities

• Own the transition from R&D through NPI and into scaled production.

• Build and lead three core functions: Manufacturing Engineering / NPI, Quality, and Production.

• Build production capabilities from 0, including processes, production lines, equipment, tooling, test infrastructure, and new factories.

• Own manufacturing performance across capacity, quality, yield, throughput, cost, and delivery, both in-house and through external partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing management experience, including taking products from development through NPI and into high-volume production.

• Proven experience building manufacturing operations from 0, including production lines, factories, equipment, tooling, stations, and infrastructure.

• Experience building and managing manufacturing teams and working closely with Hardware and Mechanical Engineering on production-ready designs.

• Experience managing manufacturing partners and suppliers in Israel and internationally, including technical qualification, audits, and commercial management.

• Willingness to challenge established manufacturing practices and build new approaches rather than simply follow existing playbooks.
