Head of Product Design- Cyber Security Oriented

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer to establish, own, and scale the product design function for our next-generation cyber security platform. In this role, you will transform complex security architectures and AI-driven agentic workflows into intuitive, elegant, and frictionless enterprise user experiences. Working in an agile, high-growth environment, you will bridge the gap between high-level product strategy and pixel-perfect design execution.

Core Responsibilities

• Design Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle—from early-stage conceptual wireframes and interactive prototypes to polished, high-fidelity interfaces.

• Complex Workflow Simplification: Translate intricate security protocols, automated AI logic, and deep technical data into seamless UX flows.

• Design System Evolution: Build, maintain, and scale our unified design system, UI components, and design foundations to ensure product-wide consistency.

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Core Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to shape the overall product vision and roadmap.

• User-Centric Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze feedback, and map user journeys to deeply understand customer pain points and behaviors.

• Culture Builder: Help foster a strong design-led culture, establishing best practices for interaction design and visual craftsmanship across the organization.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design / UX, with a strong preference for background within the Cyber Security, Cloud, or Enterprise SaaS sectors.

• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, complex interaction design, and high visual craft.

• Startup Agility: Proven capability to operate autonomously, wearing multiple hats in startup or lean engineering environments.

• Strategic & Tactical Mastery: Ability to balance high-level product strategy with meticulous attention to detail during execution.

• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-functional decisions.
